There's Crossfit pics, nutrition, and of course some swim bike run. But it also shows how much "life" takes place in such a short amount of time: Flagstaff, snowboarding, Vegas, Wisconsin, New Jersey and general screwing around. It's all a cumulative effort that gets you to that finish line.
